Refund, cancellation and transfer policy

Race Cancellation Policy:

There are no rain dates for any of our races. Northeast Race Management, as well as the hosting venue, town or state, reserve the right to modify, shorten, or cancel any race in the case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances that make the race unsafe.

Refund/Transfer Policy:

We do not offer refunds for registrations under any circumstances.  In the event a runner cannot participate, we do allow registrations to be transferred to another individual up to 7 days before race day.  To transfer a registration, please email race management through our Contact Us page with the information of all parties involved in the transfer.
