We are excited to be offering the 3rd Annual Canal Day 5K as part of the 2022 Cape Cod Canal Day, hosted by the Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce. Come for the run, stay for the fun!

-$20 early bird online registration thru 5/1/22
-$25 online registration thru 9/15/22 @9pm
-$30 walk-up registration at early bib pickup and morning of
-Custom event shirt included with the first 150 registrations by 8/28/22*
-Medals and prizes to the Top 3 Females and the Top 3 Males overall
-Medals to the Top 3 Females and Males in each age division: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & over (excluding overalls)
-All scoring based on ‘gun start’ time

-Up to 20 spots available
-Custom event shirt included with the first 150 registrations by 8/28/22*
-Volunteer Perks, you can pick from the following:

1. Run this race in 2023 for free
2. Defer the credit towards the event’s charity

*Shirts and sizes guaranteed to the first 150 participants registered online BEFORE midnight, August 28, 2022 and is included in the $25 registration fee. Registrants after the 150 limit is reached on or before August 28th may purchase the customized Canal Day t-shirt at the event pricing of $20 on the day of the race. Quantities and sizes cannot be guaranteed after August 28th.
